Allied Community Care is seeking a seasoned, strategic, and highly execution-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization’s finance function. The ideal candidate pairs strong CFO fundamentals (close, controls, forecasting, cash flow, revenue-cycle stewardship) with hands-on data transformation skills, including advanced use of PowerQuery to automate reporting, strengthen data integrity, and accelerate decision-making.
This is a high-impact, growth-stage player-coach executive role for a finance leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment that runs on strategy and innovation. The CFO must have the capacity and commitment to operate at the pace required of a senior executive in a scaling company, including periods of sustained hands-on execution, and a work cadence that exceeds a standard 40-hour week when necessary.
The CFO must be comfortable owning critical workstreams personally, building smart scalable systems to minimize manual effort, smartly manage financial performance, and create clear visibility for executives through clean, reliable, timely metrics. The ideal candidate will be deeply involved in day-to-day financial and operational execution while also serving as a strategic partner to the CEO.
